makes. The company is known for its innovative designs and its good distribution
system. Altogether, 2000 different sites in the Unites States distribute the company’s
products. U.S. Stroller has been a market leader for over 50 years. The company makes
three types of strollers- Regular model, Deluxe model, Shopping center stroller- in a
typical batch production system. Recently, profits are down and competition is entering
the market that the company dominates. The company is experiencing a high inventory,
