Tuskegee Study Paper
The Tuskegee trial studies were a study conducted by the Public Health Service in
cooperation with the Tuskegee Institute. At this time period, racism still existed prominently
throughout the United States. In an effort to find a cure for syphilis, 600 black men were trialed.
Around 399 of were infected with the disease. In return for their participation, all of the
