Dear Mr. Smith:
I am pleased to present the report you authorized on July 18, 2015, regarding the feasibility of
potential car rental agencies for our upcoming trip to Orlando, FL.
An analysis of both Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Budget Rental Cars found that, although both
alternatives offered multiple vehicle selections, Budget Rental Cars better met our chosen criteria
in cost, availability, and vehicle selection. It is therefore the recommendation that we utilize
Budget Rental Cars for our upcoming trip in September to Orlando, FL.
