1. How should the organization measure it’s ‘return on training
investment?
There is an essentially four level framework evaluation to measure and
study a firm’s ‘return on training investment’. Level 1 starts with the
reactions of the people being trained, the trainees. This shows how
happy or dissatisfied they are with the training. Level 2 showcases how
much the trainees have learned and this is often measured through
various skill exercises. Level 3 related to the behavior of the trainees.
