The Tools of Quality
In this chapter we begin to look at how quality is implemented in firms. The mechanisms
used for quality administer an eminent foundation for renovation and growth among supply-
chains. More than 90% of the lucrative quality-based operations implicate the basic tools of
quality. In chapter 10 we will analyze several managerial tools for quality improvement. These
implementations are conduct based which allows managers measure and cultivate the use of
