We need large amount of money to both purchase a house or a business. Purchasing a
business might be a good idea to spend money. However, due to the fact that house lasts
long and also suitable as a business, I would choose to buy a house rather than a business.
First of all, house lasts long. A house is necessary for everyone in their everyday lives.
People always need a house to do whatever they can do. Unlike spending money for a
business, purchasing a house is a useful way of spending money since we can use it for
longer period of time. For example, my parents have been living in one house for more
than fifteen years. Rather than spending their money on developing or creating a business,
they spent money on buying a house. Ultimately, their money wasn’t a waste because they
could live in one house for very long.
Moreover, purchasing a house can be one kind of a business. Today, many people buy a
house and lend it to other people who don’t have enough to purchase a house but have
money to borrow. People can easily earn money with their house without creating a new
business. For example, my grandmother has a house in the city but since she likes to live in
the country side, she lent it to other people and gets money every month. Like how my
grandmother does, purchasing a house can be one kind of business that purchasing a
business is unnecessary in this case.
