The tragedy in “The Story of an Hour”
The “Story of an Hour” by Kate Chopin, tells a short story of a heart troubled woman
named Mrs. Mallard. She is informed by her sister Josephine that Mrs. Mallard’s husband;
Brently Mallard was involved in a railroad disaster and her husband was named as one of the
