Although today most people are reliant on non verbal communication tactics such as email
and text mesaging, phone interaction remains the superior method business-to-consumer
connecton. According to a recent survey by B2B marketing agency Bredin 70 percent of
businesses agree that phone and conference calls are “important or critically important to
achieving their business objectives.” In addition, another 67 percent of those surveyed said
that most customer issues initiated by email communication or instant message had to be
resolved with a phone call. Since small-businesses are spending copious amounts of time
on the phone, they should invest in high-quality headsets and receivers which also include
