The Power of Laughter
When you think of a friend, a family member, or a relative, what is usually the first thing
you think/remember about them? Is it the time you first met them? Or a time you had an amazing
time with them laughing and playing the entire visit? For me, I usually think of the good times
I’ve had with them. The times we laughed, joked, and horse played around for the better half of
the day. Most people like to think of the great times they had with their friends, family, and
really anyone else to be honest. We as humans like to think of the times we laughed so hard we
almost pissed ourselves. Of course we all have that one friend, family member, or relative that is
the “ Negative Nancy” of the group. Nothing makes him or her happy no matter what anyone
does. He or she always seems to find the negative in every situation.
Most people, to include myself, like to think of the good times they had with people, even
someone they just met. I want you to take a minute, sat down for a little bit, and really think
