The movie “Iron Jawed Angels” was not only a movie about women suffrage and
women fighting for rights, but it was also a movie of hope, determination and dedication.
As I was watching the movie I was very shocked. Alice was so determined that parading
and standing in silence would help. The first thing that I found very shocking was how
aggressive the men were towards the women. I did not understand how they could get so
aggressive and angry over a group of women walking in a parade. The men seemed very
