Abstract
Running a business is complicated and involves a huge load of responsibility, Creating a
numerous amount of obstacles, and disadvantages, a person must encounter when trying to keep
order and structure in their establishment. The ultimate objective is to make money and to keep it
flowing regularly so that you can take that money and make investments to obtain more money,
the only way that can be done is through progression and advancements of your whole entire
company from front to back mainly focusing on the product. Through hard work, dedication,
perseverance/and a vision, two men by names of William proctor and James gamble started a
small business in the 1800’s that has grown for centuries because of the ideas and developments
