The government's statistics, according to the issue, shows that young people have difficulty finding
work. If I were doing a nationwide survey, I would plan the following subjects and questions to
determine why people are unemployed. According to government economic statistics, the
unemployment rate for young adults aged 18 to 24 years old is higher in the current economy (i.e. 46
percent). This may be for a variety of purposes, but before constructing the survey's estimation
questions, we need to examine the multiple variables that have an impact on the unemployment rate,
and then build the questions based on those variables. Many questions are prepared under one variable
so that the sample will provide enough data (Schindler, 2019, p. 268). We must also be aware of biases,
double-barreled questions, and other factors that can influence the survey's results when planning the
questions. So, if we're doing a study to determine the unemployment rate among young people, we'll
look at schooling and training, ethnic or other forms of segregation, outsourcing patterns, and
technology.
The key causes that have a negative impact on the unemployment rate are education and training.
Those with a higher level of education have a better chance of finding work than those with a lower
level of education. According to Pew Research Center (2020), in 2020, those with a bachelor's degree or
higher level of education had a lower unemployment rate (7.2 percent) than those with a high school
diploma or lower level of education (i.e. 18.5 percent ). The key cause for this is the qualifications and
skills that the business seeks in its employees. The majority of companies search for candidates who
have earned at least a bachelor's degree because they feel that educational qualifications are directly
related to the abilities possessed by an individual, and that higher education levels are connected to
higher skills. So, for the survey, I'll ask:
