The occurrence of globalization is said to have started in primordial form when people
began to reconcile and settle into different parts around the world. The changes that globalization
brought globally made a prompt progress and has become dynamic in which due to technology
escalated in speed and in scale, that all the countries in different continents revolving around the
world has been conjoined and engaged. The involvement between different countries made
available different connection across them which resulted to both gratifying and appalling. One
way or another, globalization made its way in shaping the lives of people; influencing their
culture and perception, as well as their goals in the current situation. Globalization also made its
way in shaping the nation state works and how they impose laws and rules among their
territories.

Globalization, as defined is known to be a process that its goal is to expand the business
operation and connection in the whole world, limiting its borders and making way to a more
innovative relationship amongst countries for both growth and development. It is solely based on
international approach. This was accelerated by the provision of global communications in
forming technological developments, and socioeconomic, political and environmental
furtherance. Globalization implies a goal that is centered in providing organizations or
businesses with surpassing competitive advantage with a much lesser costs at the same time
getting a great number of products, services, and consumer with an accumulation of high profit.
