The ASEAN Free Trade Area (AFTA) is a multilateral FTA between ASEAN
countries. AFTA was signed in 1992 in Singapore. Initially, there were 6
countries, namely Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and
Thailand (collectively referred to as ASEAN-6). Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and
