The Fibroblast Cell
The fibroblast cell, specifically in animals, has been used by researchers in many
different studies. The fibroblast is a large, elongated cell found in connective tissue. Fibroblast
cells have functions imperative to the success of animals. They also have been used by
researchers to study their growth receptors. Although research is constantly ongoing, scientists
continue to unveil the unique structures, metabolic processes, and receptors of the fibroblast cell.
