The Federal Reserve Beige Book 2012
We all wonder how the economy of the country is doing throughout the years. Is it
growing? Is it slowing down? Is it staying at a modest pace? Which factors are doing
better? Which factors are doing worse? These are all questions that are answered on an
important report published eight times a year, which is the Federal Reserve Beige Book.
The Federal Beige Book reports the summary of the current economy in the country. It is
described in twelve different districts by each federal bank. The different districts are:
Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Cleveland, Richmond, Atlanta, Chicago, Minneapolis,
Kansas City, Dallas, and San Francisco.
