Introduction
At the beginning of the course, we were told that we were all going to have to interview
an entrepreneur and ask and learn about their business. At first, I was automatically nervous and
scared as to who and what business I was going to look into. Halfway through the course when it
was time for me to present my case study, I had completely forgotten about my childhood friend
that had just started a business. So, with that being said, I immediately got in contact with him and
redid my entire case study on him. His name was Harris Khatri, a young entrepreneur and Chief
executive officer for Final Automotive Finishes. I’ve known Harris for about 5 years now way
before he even started his business. We always raced together and went to car shows.
Throughout all these times, Harris has always mention that he wanted to start a local business
where he can help his racing friends with fixing their cars. Ever since I last saw him he has finally
gone through with his idea and invested in his business.
At this moment, I was so excited to learn how my friend really had the guts to start this
business and how did he do it. I wanted to learn so much form this amazing experience and learn
more about what it takes to be an entrepreneur. So, I wanted to focus my case study on just much
more than his business alone, I wanted to get a Point of view of what my friend went through to
get to where he is now. All the details and hardships and accomplishments he went through I
wanted to learn about. This case study will also focus on why Harris decided to start his own
business, how he did it, and what it has become through the first few years.
An overview of the business will be provided and explained to give an idea of what the
business is and its performance. I will discuss the intentions Harris had when he first started
planning his business. Furthermore, I will also analyze the beginning preparations, which gives us

the information of all the different aspects of ow he started the business. I also want to focus a lot
on the marketing and financial aspect of the business because I feel that is solely why his business
is doing so great and why his business stands out from other competitors in the area. In terms of
sources of funds, I will provide a brief summary as to how he got the funds and who helped
supported him since that plays a key role as to how he was able to start up his business so quickly
with little trouble. Last topic I will also touch on is the major changes in his market, resources,
products sold. Also, I will talk about the partnerships he has created and the employees and
technology of the Final Automotive Finishes.
