The Demand for Power
When a leader is weak he or she will often lack the action to govern their society, they
tend to take little responsibility for the consequences of their actions and to try and avoid making
tough calls. A weak leader will leave the society to suffer because they are choosing to oversee
certain projects that could be beneficial to his people. If a someone is wanting to be the leader
and to see to the needs and wants of the people he or she will need to show what they are capable
of and that as their leader, they will show out their abilities to govern and avoid making any
