Arnold Palmer Hospital needs to have a patient assessment concerning its healthcare
quality offers. It allows the organization to understand the flaws within the services and
promote the formulation of solutions. It serves as a part of considering the company’s ability
to offer good patient satisfaction (Ng & Luk, 2019). Moreover, it can help the organization
to understand the patient’s expectations from the services they gain from the organization.
Thus, it will lay a foundation for establishing changes in healthcare.
