Protecting Citizens Rights in The Criminal Justice System
There are many components that make the Justice System applicable to the general
public. The foundations that make up the Criminal Justice System need to include certain
institutions and parts of governments that comprehend social control, crime and sanctioning
those who violate laws and need criminal penalties along with rehabilitation to help with the
daily life after prison whether it is re-joining the work force, daily interactions with an
individual or a group of individuals and how to not committee crime again. There are five
divergent components that play a key role in the present day Justice System. For example;
law enforcement, prosecution, defense attorneys, courts and corrections. When thinking
about the five key components listed above law enforcement, courts and correctional
agencies uphold certain protections of citizens that manifest itself in the amendments of any
citizen.
