Introduction:
The film, The Corporation, discusses in depth how the way corporations in the past and
in today’s society have gained global dominance and significant influence on how the world
operates. Corporations, in which they did not have no power or significance 150 years ago, are
now the dominant institutions of the world. The film defined a corporation as a legal “person,”
meaning it has the many legal rights of an actual person such as pay, selling property, borrowing
