Creating and developing a group organization can be one of the most challenging
tasks to accomplish. Dynamically there are many distinctive aspects to consider and
typically confrontation can arise quickly. This brief will aempt to resolve some the
issues that arise with creating a new a-er school program. One must consider the
following topics when forming an e/ective group program: Group dynamics, maximizing
team performance, organizational culture, and integrative bargaining. Within this brief
there will be many topics covered, however the sole objective will be to provide leaders
