As a human services professional our main goal is to always meet people’s
needs. We must always assess the different factors within each person’s life to be of
better help to them. Many perspectives have to be looked at when making decisions in
different cases and situations. Ethical situational perspective starts with the role or
function of the communicator, standards of appropriateness, and urgency of
implementation. This perspective helps each case shape into a form of resolution.
Feminist perspective is very important in the human services field because the biggest
majority of help goes out to single mothers. It’s very important to be aware of the
