It is argued that consumer trust in a brand has an important positive effect on
brand loyalty. This essay completely agrees with that statement. I believe that brand
loyalty means repeating the buying behavior, and this requires creating an emotional
relationship between the product and the consumer, so it is positively related to the
consumer's trust in the brand and resistance to abandonment, and it is also related to
commitment, satisfaction and sincerity.
An important factor in building brand loyalty is the development of a
relationship between the consumer and the brand. This relationship is emotional and
leads to a strong association and competitive advantage for that brand. This
relationship is related to the quality of the services and products provided and the
credibility that leads the consumer to take a positive attitude towards the brand. For
example, Amazon with its principle of "the customer is always right" has become the
largest online shopping company by creating a great customer experience, by
allowing customers to provide feedback and fast shipping.
Many studies have confirmed a strong relationship between brand commitment
and loyalty, where loyalty is created from commitment, which arises from consumer
satisfaction by continued use of the products or services of this brand over time,
regardless of competitors' price changes in the external environment. For example,
CrossFit fitness system reaches their customers through great marketing, it responds
to the desire of its members in the community.
