In today’s day and age, there are advanced forms of technology everywhere we go.
Everyone has the latest smartphone, laptops and computers, or tablet with that at most times.
This is become controversial because of the ample amounts of time that people are using their
devices. The use of electronic devices has become problematic in many areas of life such as
social settings, school, and also at work. However, the question proses whether useful and
beneficial advantage of the use of such devices outweigh the negativity surrounding it. In a
majority of classroom settings nowadays, students are often times easily distracted while
educational instruction is going on. This is an issue because this is hinging not only their ability

to continuing to allow electronics in the classroom that by far outweigh the bad.

my instructor I admit that I would have lost ability to fully recollect the last thing the teacher had
said. Although this I know is a great setback for me, I believe that the other usage of my
electronic devices outweigh the bad. I have been in classes where I need to follow along by using
my laptop the entire time. I have peers that use programs such as Powerpoint, Microsoft,
Quizlet, and other educational software that help them to collect and organize data, notes, and
