purpose of the application? Give specific details or explanations.
The purpose of this application is a ticketing system that allows employees to
create tickets for issues or changes within the company. It also allows employees to
create tasks and to delegate responsibilities. Overall, it holds employees accountable,
while providing a proficient system to complete tasks.
1.2 How was the application acquired? Give specific details or explanations.
– It was replacing an older ticketing system. The company outgrew their old
system and needed something higher tech and immersive. Also, their
business needs have changed throughout the years, and they had to
adapt to those changes.
