My choice is entering the Ivory Coast market, the following is the PEST analysis of the external
environment in three countries.
POLITICAL: These 3 countries share some similar conflict problems, but Ivory Coast has a
more stable political system, which is easier for us to establish relations with their government.
By 2018, all these countries had established close ties with Canada and share the foreign investment
promotion & protection agreement, which are favorable for conducting business. Frankly speaking,
