Technology has a great impact on the entire world and all the processes the surround us,
therefore, accounting is not an exception. As technology progresses, the accountant’s professional
judgement changes as well. The entire accounting process and its standards are being impacted by
technology. First of all, since everything is getting more and more automated, the work of the
accountants is getting both easier and more accurate. Also, the work load is being reduced since
