3. Technical Study
3.1 The product/Service
The researcher will create a packaging product using Rice Husks as
Alternative Packaging Material Using Rice Straw as Fiber Bonded by
Wood Glue.
3.2 The Manufacturing Process
Raw materials that will be needed for the study were collected by
the researchers from the appropriate places. Rice husks and rice
dusts were accumulated from rice milling factory The Palayan Rice
Mill Corporation in Dasmarinas, Cavite. It was already milled
without any controlled burning process. The rice husk that will be
collected. Then, the researchers will buy starch and wood glue in
the market. The materials will be then set for the different
treatments.
