Q: Why do you think there are so many different theories or approaches to understanding
motivation? Shouldn’t it be possible to determine which one is best and just use it? Why or
why not?

The current world population is estimated over 7,266,129,080, which is more than
7billion, and each one has different personalities (Worldometers, 2014). Thus we have more
than 7billion personalities, and they all need different types of motivation. Age, gender, and
every types of diversity we can separate people can makes so many different theories or
approached to understanding motivation, I think.
