In our sectorial course, we learned lots of skills are necessary in carrier life such as effective
communication, networking, leadership, time management and etc. I have to say that, the
materials shared in this course are extremely useful. I learned lots of things from this course.
After I took the course I know my strong and weak sides. I definitely work on my weak sides
and I will try to make them better but before I mention about my weak skills let’s look at the
skills I am confident about. The only skill I can proud of myself is teamwork. I have lots
evidences to proof that. Throughout my academic career I took plenty of courses that
teamwork projects are really important to pass the courses. Not surprisingly, I pass all
teamwork based courses with excellent grades. The reason is I really work hard in teamwork
projects. Even before the project topic announces, I try to choose teammates that I know. In
other words if I know my teammates that means I know the personality of each of them. So,
if I know my group members, i disturbed the tasks according their personalities. For example
if there is guy likes work individually more I give him more individual base tasks so he can
work lonely and be happy. I think the magic behind makes me successful in teamwork
projects is exactly that factor, I try to make each member happy by giving them personality
based tasks. If I don’t know my group members well in other words if the professor makes
groups by randomly first thing I do try to communicate them one by one and learn their
personalities and what kind of tasks do they want to work more. On the other hand making
your teammates happy is not always that much easy, sometimes they can be irresponsible or
making irrational excuses. In this case I use my communication skills and try to motivate
