As a team leader I would continue the mission of a team by getting to know my
team and allowing them to get to know each other better during the quarantine. I would
keep in contact with my team through phone and skype calls, group messages, and data
sharing tools. During this quarantine I understand that some members of my team may be
frustrated, uninterested, and scared, but as a leader I will try to keep their minds at ease
and reassure them that the hard work we have accomplished before all of this will
continue.
To try to lift everyone’s spirit I will introduce my team to virtual team building
activities. This will help my team connect with each other and not feel isolated. There are
