Identify how responsibilities will be distributed amongst team members.
Each Team member will be responsible to play a proactive role in the development of the
overall project. Each member will research and submit there ideas in reasonable time in
order to submit the final version on time. A proposal made would be to give each team
member a subtopic to diversity that relates to the specific questions required for this group
assignment that need to be answered involving the selected topic of diversity in the
workplace and for each team member to write a one page summary relating to that
subtopic.
Identify progress due dates for:
-submitting content to be consolidated into the final paper
In recomendation, it is the idea to select one person to submit each team members
summary to so that they can put it all together into one final draft for the team to review
and submit under the group area. For each submission that is required, a different team
member will be chosen.
-completing drafts of the paper and presentation for final review by team members
As the final draft is developed, the person that is chosen for that section, they would
submit a final version to each team member for review before final submission.
-any additional due dates deemed necessary by the team
