Team Charter
The goal of our team is to achieve an A on the project at hand. In order to do this we will
need to accomplish objectives such as collecting data, analyzing data, creating PL/SQL
procedures and functions, and GUI’s that meet and go beyond the guidelines set for us.
Each member of our group can communicate their views and ideas at any time along the
process through email, text message, or in person when we collaborate as a team. We will
equally split up the work amongst the three of us by delegating work based upon our skill
sets, experience, and willingness/excitement.
We will meet regularly in the library on late Monday afternoons (around 4pm).
If a group member does not hold up their weight of the project they must notify the other
group members of an emergency with ample time before a deliverable due date. If they do
not have a valid excuse or do not notify the other members of an emergency keeping them
from completing their part before a due date the remaining group members will contact the
professor of the course, update him on the situation, and determine how to proceed based
upon the severity of the situation.
If conflicts arise within the group please make sure to be vocal and support your ideas and
thoughts with calculated reasons. Since we are a group of three, if we are having a difficult
time coming together on a decision we can have a vote and go with the idea that is
