English teaching Center
As the title says this is a school for teaching people English as a second language. Here I have
learned not only knowledge related to languages but also personal features which are crucial
through each person’s life span. Now we will have a look at them form the view of Organizational
Behavior and I will try to give more detailed information about the methods which have been used
in this teaching center for many years.
Let’s start from Leadership which can be called the heart of controlling a particular organization
as it identifies the future of organization. Because of the leader the organization can blossom or
just end its operation not long after opening it. This teaching center chose task oriented leadership
since the result is important. But the relationship oriented is getting along with others and the
primary thing is task completion is secondary. Besides leaders complain very little since they
consider themselves as the person who is responsible for the things which is happening with him
and this in turn correct the fault and add improvement. And this makes leaders unique among other
workers. At these teaching school your knowledge is appreciated and for this reason you are
attending this place.
There are main rules:
• Integrity, honesty and principles
• Result
• Tolerance for stress
The main rule is integrity, honesty and principles since without these features it is almost
impossible to achieve desired result. They help to complete tasks in a period of time and with
quality and honesty which leads to appreciable results. If there is no principles there will not be
satisfactory result as well. The inseparable part is there should be tolerance for stress. Because
achieving good result honestly requires a lot of effort. The study is planned for 18 months and
consisted of 6 levels. Every three month there will be an exam from given topics to pass to the
next level. There is the difficult part is exams are fair and the materials students are studying
becomes more and more in quantity as time passes. When you pass to next level you will start new
level of difficulty as well. This tells about that the stress is continuous and requires much effort to
overcome it.
