demonstrates how the decision of purchasing is made via a decision-making tool, SWOT
Analysis. Before concluding, the paper also provides evaluation of using this tool.
Personal or business decision
People use mobile phones and other devices as essential part of life (Bhatt 2012). When
moving to another country, a new mobile phone which can access to local network is
important. It means that a mobile phone that can be perfectly used in places, where people
often stay, is essential. Apple Company and Samsung Company belong to the largest
world’s mobile phone makers that have multifunctional mobile products (Jurevicius 2013).
Therefore, the decision-making is mainly about choosing a mobile phone with either of
these two brands.
