Vice- President, Mark Taylor
I am writing this letter on behalf of you possibly expanding your In-N-Out Burgers restaurant to
the east coast. I believe growing your chain of stores in the southeast would be very profitable.
On the east coast, theirs’s many smaller communities that don’t have much variety of burger
food chains. They mostly have the same big burger fast food chains (Burger King, McDonald’s)
which have frozen processed food. Though there are some burger chains like; Five Guys,
Whataburger, Burger Fi, but their locations aren’t easily accessible to everyone. If In-N-Out
Burger restaurants are placed in areas where the other restaurant chains aren’t close by, then
there should n’t be a concern with the competition. This old fashion style of making fresh
burgers will bring quality food back to these areas. Furthermore, on the east coast, especially the
south, people are very religious with deep spiritual roots, they would appreciate reading the
bible verses at the bottom of each cup. Most importantly, people will want to contribute to your
foundations because we are givers. Nevertheless, people are becoming more conscious about
their health, so to secure its longevity, I recommend sprucing up your menu, adding specialty
burgers. Maybe adding some healthier choices such as veggie burgers, turkey burgers,
vegetables, salads, and baked fries. Etc. Sure, It will be a costly venture, having fresh food,
means building closer distribution center and facilities. But, if going off past reviews such as
“best burger chain ever” and ” must-eatatrestaurant,” this is a testament that your chain of
stores will do just as well on the east coast as it does on the west coast. The reputation of your
restaurant will have people curious about the craze and want to try it. Especially, since your
customers are saying that your burgers are better than ‘Whataburger” “which I love”. Its time the
east coast have a chance to enjoy the quality and freshness of an In-N-Out burger.
Sincerely,
Marian Buggs
