ABOUT SWE
SWE ( StreetWearEazy) is one of the first local brands in Vietnam with simple, unique
designs and designs aimed at young people. Founded in 2016 by 3 young kids on a mission to
make their vision of streetwear come to life. Since then, StreetWearEazy has become a life brand
for all to wear.
MOTIVATION
According to the interview, the way SWE managers motivate employees is relatively
simple and easy to understand. This is the most common incentive that businesses or stores use
to motivate their employees. It is using bonuses as motivation. Some of them include:
- Month party: This is the monthly party. each month the manager will choose or
let people vote for a restaurant for all employees in that branch to eat together.
And of course the cost will be covered by the company.
- Year-end party (drawing prizes, lucky money,…): This party is similar to the
monthly party, but on a larger scale. There will be a lucky draw at the end of the
year with the first prize being the latest iPhone, the second prize being an Apple
Watch, and the third prize being 5 million VND. The rest will be drawn lucky
money with values from 500 thousand and 1 million VND.
