Surviving The Apocalypse
It is a scary thing to be living throughout a major historical event. A lot of things are in this odd
grey area right now. Projected to end up at thirty-two percent by some experts, the
unemployment rate in this country is skyrocketing. Our task as graduates within the next
eighteen months is to navigate an already devastated job market and try to achieve the measure
of success some of our parents or grandparents have. If that wasn’t already harrowing enough,
we are literally trying to survive a plague. Truthfully, the farthest thing from my mind right now
is post grad job opportunities. Amidst all that’s going on, life must continue, and when I graduate
in December I hope to continue my original post grad plan. I plan to work and save while taking
the GRE and GMAT for grad school. I plan to attend the University of Houston downtown and
