Overview of CPT Assignment

My current employer is a small-sized traditional software company which is responsible for

providing IT solution for some huge financial companies like Bank of America, JPMC and Bank

of The West. Right now I am leading an IT development team in this company and this is the

point what I am really focusing. It’s very important to catch up with the trend or your company

will be actually dead indeed.

I have been studies computer science from my bachelor degree and further study during my

master degree. Besides I started my professional life since 2012 and worked as a backend

developer at the very beginning, then as a full stack developer and now lead a small group. My

whole career includes all the phases of one specific product. However, there will definitely be a

bottleneck. One reason is because the view will be restricted as the sight of a developer when

another reason is because the resources are always limited. Rational management is definitely the

most crucial thing for a small company.

Highlights of Proposed Research

I think what I am trying to discuss is a great topic for old-school company. So many that

types of companies disappear as they are unable to catch up with the trend. The discussion will

trace the root of the reason and find out the proper way to solve. Since we are living in a gold

mine of data, it’s a shortcut for a company to survive and build the product on that gold mine. As

we all know, nowadays compared to other types of startup companies, a company which is able

to make a good utilization of data will always attract angel investors easily. The first is survival

and the second is propagation.

situation. Therefore the topic will be in a more general view for the methodologies.
