The Supreme Court is currently reviewing the cases of Bostock V. Clayton County, GA,
Altitude Express, Inc. V. Zarda and R.G and G.R Harris Funeral Home V. Equal Employment
Opportunity Commission. All three of these cases are bringing about the issue of whether sexual
orientation and sexual identity are civil rights protected by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of
1964, under the basis of sex discrimination.
