The biblical text and the Sennacherib Prism account on some of the biblical stories in two
kings have some common aspects of similarities as well as some differences. For the historical
critical approach, in order for it to be legitimized we need multiple sources which for this we have
two, the sources are the Sennacherib Prism and two kings. The close relationship between these
two accountings of the story makes them reliable in giving an account of some of the stories that
are written in the Bible about the existence of God as well as other rulers of various regions that
