Summary of Outbreak

Outbreak was released in March of 1995 by Warners Bros. In a short
summary, Outbreak is about the spread of a virus that has a 100% mortality
rate that quickly spreads within a Twenty-four hour period. The movie is about
how to stop the virus from spreading outside of a little town, Cedar Creek,
before it kills the entire US population. For this to happen one must find the
original source of the infectious agent by working backwards through the chain
of transmission. The chain of transmission is the way a virus is spread.
The chain starts with an infectious agent which then travels to a
reservoir. After being in a reservoir, the infectious agent finds its way out
through a portal of exit by means of a mode of transmission. Then the agent
