Situation Analyses:
La Casa de Las Botas is a small but fancy company sells luxurious equestrian boots in
downtown Buenos Aires. The company was found in 1989, by Jorge Da Silva
Villagran. He firstly focused on producing riding boots, after, he began to provide the
fashions boots for the non-horse-riding customers. With the heart of sincere, Jorge
