Summary of Business Activities
1. The customer goes to the shop to order steel fabrications according to their specifications or opt to rent steel fabrications and
negotiate when they can claim it, who will be the one to get the order or will the entity be the one to deliver and how long will
they rent it. The customer will give his/her full details e.g. name, address and contact number and the person attending to them
will write it in a piece of paper.
