Job interviews can be a nail-biting experience for the applicant and a time-consuming
process for the hiring company. However, interviews play a crucial role in deciding whether the
organization and candidate will make an effective match. As such, the interviewing process
offers significant value for the company and candidate alike. Thus, an effective and successful
interview process should be in place for every company.
Before designing an effective interview process, we must understand the ins and outs of
interviews. Job interviews are a common method of assessing applicants; however sometimes
they present problems with reliability and validity. One of those problems is that sometimes
