In order to be an accountant you must know how to classify balance sheets,
general ledgers, and how to see the profit the company is making or if they are in route
to debt. This is why I would love to be the head accountant at a big firm in the near
future. Accountants need many important skills and good habits such as, organization &
time management. Having good time-management skills go hand–in-hand in with strong
organizational capabilities. Accountants should be able to adapt to different scenarios
and situations with an open mind. Communication and leadership are big qualities an
accountant should have as well. It is important for accountants to ensure that records
