EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Pioneering Years
On June 27, 1985 at Santa Isabel Building in Balibago, Angeles City, -ve incorporators opened Systems
Plus, Inc. (SPI). The organization’s primary purpose was to conduct seminars for those who were
planning to enter the electronic data processing as programmers, encoders and systems analyst.
On July 7, 1985, it started tutorial programs for students and professionals. The same date also served as
the school’s foundation day.
Systems Plus, Inc. a4racted more enrollees. In June 1987, it o5ered associate courses and later on,
bachelor’s degree and graduate degree programs.
The growth of the school was outstanding. The year 1989 marked the opening of two campuses in
Cubao, Quezon City and in Miranda, Angeles City.
Surviving the Adversities
In school year 1990-1991, the enrollment figure went up to 1,215 but was greatly reduced to almost 50%
in the next school year because of the eruption of Mount Pinatubo on June 16, 1991. In the same
month, the United States Air Force departed from Clark Airbase. These two events negatively a5ected
the economic situation in Angeles City.
In June 1994, in preparation for a four–level educational institution, the name of the school was changed
from Systems Plus Computer Institute, Inc. to Systems Plus Computer College (SPCC). As a result, SPCC
became a complete educational institution consisting of the Pre-Elementary, Elementary, Secondary and
Tertiary levels.
By the year 1995, the economic and social situations in Angeles City had improved. The enrollment at
SPCC slowly increased. The Elementary and the High School Buildings were built.
Forging Ahead
On June 9, 1997, SPCC opened another campus in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. The SPCC in Caloocan
City o5ers Basic Education.
A few years later, another campus in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga was opened to accommodate
the fast growing student population.

In June 2004, to align with the expected growth and development, the name of the school was changed
from Systems Plus Computer College to Systems Plus College Foundation (SPCF), Inc. A new school logo
was adopted.
The Commission on Higher Education Regional OAce has awarded the Center of Development in
Information Technology designation to the school. It has been continuously producing graduates who are
service-oriented, responsive to the needs of the industries, innovative and active participants in the
shaping of our country’s future.
Systems Plus College Foundation Miranda Extension (SPCF) is an educational institution commi4ed to
excellence. It is located at Miranda Street, Angeles City
We are a growing and active learning community and would like to invite you to become a part of the
SPCF Miranda Family. Our vision is to become a responsible, competitive and socially relevant institution
of higher learning. Our mission is to develop and produce high-level and value-oriented graduates that
are responsive to the needs of the country and ever-changing global environment.
In response to the school’s thrust in keeping pace with the demands of global competitiveness in this
information age, the Technical Department was established with the following objectives:
To be4er update students with the latest knowledge in technology; To equip them with the skills and
competencies that local and international industries demand most; To produce graduates who will be
recognized for their high quality and caliber without sacri-cing their values and their strong faith in God.
The college o5ers Two Year Programs under the Technical Skills and Development Authority
(TESDA); Computer Hardware Servicing National Certi%cation Level II and Two Year Computer
Engineering (Technical Dra)ing NC II) and under the Commission on Higher Education (CHED);Associate
in Computer Technology (Computer Science) .
The core of the programs’ curriculum provides the students with the acquisition of high level of
knowledge under a Two Year Program of both theories and applications in the Information Technology
profession. In addition, appropriate electives on the current trends and issues are integrated to further
enhance the programs.

FACILITIES
CENTER OF CULTURE AND THE ARTS
Systems Plus College Foundation Centre for Culture and the Arts (SPCF- CCA) established in 2003, is the
institution’s center for culture awareness, exposition and development. It serves as the representing body for the arts,
as it targets to penetrate different artistic expressions to the SPCF community and gives its contribution to the region.
It promotes and showcases a variety of live performances, documentaries, theatre, films and other presentations that
inculcate the beauty of art while simultaneously imposing social awareness. It is also the training ground of our
talented students as they are trained and exposed to Music, Dance, and Theatre Arts, making them excellent
