Ideas: Not frequent complex plan that aims at a goal, uses resources, faces an environment,
looks for success and involves a process.
Some definitions of strategy
ANDREWS: Pattern of decisions in a company that determines and reveals its goals, produces
the principal plans for achieving those goals, and defines the range of business the company
is to pursue, the kind of economic and human organization it is or intends to be.
PORTER: Creation of a unique and valuable position in the market. It means running away
from competition, to defend our profitability and our growth as a signed.
RONDA Y GUERRAS: The dynamics of the firm’s relation with its environment for which
the necessary actions are taken to achieve its goals and / or to increase performance by means
of the rational use of resources
