Special groups are central to strategic success of the company therefore it is important for the
organization to arrange a special compensation treatment for them. Supervisors and higher-
level employees, as they are leader of individuals and help to direct and manage the business,
typically get a fundamentally more significant pay and reward. Special groups are those
workers of strategic incentive to an organization, who accordingly have compensation
packages comprising of more than the normal, essential basic hourly wage. It could be said,
they can be characterized as deliberately significant workers. Particularly in technology,
entertainment, and other field in which revenue is based on creativity and innovation,
employees such as film directors, scientists, or other key creative or technical people form a
special group. These individuals might be compensated by a mix of pay rates and royalties, just
as investment opportunities and bonuses.
